Hillside Inn

“Old-fashioned warmth, good food, and personal service” is the Hillside Inn’s motto. As the first and only African American owned and operated Pocono resort, this inn holds quite a distinct mark. Founder Federal Judge Albert Murray Sr. opened the Hillside Inn when segregation was still in place. His son currently operates this soul filled inn. Close to Shawnee, Alpine Mountain and Camelback, this resort also offers a shuttle to and from the bus station.
